Most of it comes down to the same thing: the Northern Rivers is warm and wet, so mould, lichen and that green film get a hold on anything that sits still. Taking it off properly is about using the right pressure in the right place, not just the most pressure.

A soft wash for render, weatherboard, cladding, eaves and window frames. Low pressure, so nothing gets forced anywhere it should not go.

Concrete, exposed aggregate, pavers and brick. The green film and the black tyre tracks come off and the original colour comes back.

About
A family run business, and Ryan does the work
R&S Outdoor Pressure Cleaning is a small family run business working out of Lismore and covering the Northern Rivers. When you ring, you get Ryan. When the van turns up, it is Ryan doing the job, which is the whole reason the same things keep coming up in the reviews: he turns up when he says he will, he does not cut corners, and he tidies up before he leaves.
The gear matters as much as the effort. A rotary surface cleaner for flat concrete so you do not get the zebra stripes a wand leaves behind. Low pressure and the right treatment for render, cladding and roof sheeting, because blasting those at full pressure does more harm than the mould did. High pressure only where high pressure belongs.
